FAQ

Questions about Benefit work.

Are you a reseller or partner of Benefit?

No. Norsetech Group is an independent service provider. We do not sell Benefit; we build, audit and migrate the data that goes into it, in the format Benefit imports.

Do you need a login to our Benefit system?

No. We work from exports and from the Benefit import template, so your live system is not touched.

What do you need from us to start?

The maker instruction manuals and parts lists for the vessel's equipment, the equipment list, and your Benefit import template or an export of your current data. Where manuals are missing we tell you which equipment is affected rather than filling the gap with generic jobs.

Can you move our data from another PMS into Benefit, or out of it?

Yes. We extract and clean the data from the current system, map it to the new platform's structure and deliver it in the new platform's import format, with the history carried across.

Working in Benefit?

Send us the equipment list and your Benefit import template. We reply with a scope for the work.
