Database building, data entry, audits and migration, from the equipment makers' own manuals and delivered in the MESPAS import format.
Overview
MESPAS is a Swiss cloud platform for technical ship management, founded in 2004 by two maritime engineers. It combines maintenance with procurement, QHSE, operations and crewing, and runs the MESPAS Connect e-trading platform.
Origin and history
MESPAS was founded in 2004 by two maritime engineers to combine maintenance software with procurement software and bring buyers and vendors together. Technical maintenance remains its core. It passed 500 installations in 2010 and 1,000 Technical Ship Management installations in 2014, when it also opened a Polish ICT subsidiary.
Later milestones include web dashboards (2015), Supplier Business Management (2016), the MESPAS Connect e-trading platform and a Singapore office (2018), integrations with MAN Energy Solutions (2019) and Wärtsilä (2021), and a mobile app for maintenance and QHSE (2022).
In 2023 MESPAS opened a subsidiary in Piraeus and gained ISO 27001 certification, and in 2024 it joined the Swiss Maritime Group.

Content taken from the makers' manuals, with the source cited in each job.
One equipment hierarchy and job standard across your fleet, whatever the software.
A check of every job against its source before delivery.
Nothing invented to fill gaps: missing documentation is reported, not guessed.

FAQ
No. Norsetech Group is an independent service provider. We do not sell MESPAS; we build, audit and migrate the data that goes into it, in the format MESPAS imports.
No. We work from exports and from the MESPAS import template, so your live system is not touched.
The maker instruction manuals and parts lists for the vessel's equipment, the equipment list, and your MESPAS import template or an export of your current data. Where manuals are missing we tell you which equipment is affected rather than filling the gap with generic jobs.
Yes. We extract and clean the data from the current system, map it to the new platform's structure and deliver it in the new platform's import format, with the history carried across.
