01 / Overview

We build Planned Maintenance System (PMS) databases from the equipment makers' own documentation, so every job, interval and spare part is traceable to its source. Around that core we audit existing PMS databases, set up PMS for new-buildings and vessels changing management, build spare parts catalogues with criticality, and migrate data between PMS platforms, keeping your vessels compliant and your maintenance data trustworthy.

04 / How we work

How we work

Whichever PMS you run, the method is the same, and every step can be traced.

1

Source from the maker

Every job, interval and spare part is taken from the equipment maker's own manual and cited, so auditors can trace it.

2

Structure to your fleet

Data is mapped to your equipment hierarchy and job standard, or to SFI, so sister ships match and fleet reports compare like with like.

3

Check against the source

Each job is checked against its manual before delivery. Nothing is carried over from another machine or another ship.

4

Deliver in your format

Delivered in your PMS import template, with a short report of what was built, what is missing and what needs your decision.

What makes your PMS and Technical databases unique?

They are built from the equipment makers' own documentation, so every job, interval and spare part is traceable to its source and checked against its manual before delivery. The data is structured to your fleet's equipment hierarchy or to SFI, and delivered in your PMS import template.

What is a PMS Health Check & Audit?

A structured review of an existing PMS database. We check that the equipment register matches the vessel, that jobs and intervals follow the makers' manuals and class requirements, that critical equipment is flagged, and how overdue and postponed work is handled. You receive a scored report with a prioritised plan to fix what we find.

Can you set up the PMS for a new-building or a vessel joining our fleet?

Yes. For new-buildings we build the PMS from the yard and maker documentation before delivery; for vessels changing management we take over and clean the existing data, map it to your fleet structure and deliver it ready for your PMS, so maintenance continues without a gap from day one.

What does the Spare Parts Catalogue & Criticality Review include?

We build the spare parts catalogue from the makers' parts lists and drawings, link each part to its equipment and maintenance jobs, and classify parts by criticality so minimum stock levels reflect the consequence of not having them on board.

Can your services be customized for our vessel type or software?

Yes. Data is mapped to your equipment hierarchy and job standard, or to SFI, and delivered in your PMS import template. Our engineers have worked across tankers, passenger ships, LNG/LPG carriers, bulk carriers, container ships and offshore vessels, and with AMOS, ABS NSE, ShipNet, Danaos, BASSnet, ShipManager, smartPAL, CFM and SERTICA.

How can I find out about my project status?

You’ll have a dedicated project coordinator and access to regular progress updates via email or dashboard. We ensure full transparency from start to finish.

Do you offer PMS implementation from scratch?

Yes, we handle everything from initial equipment indexing and task creation to software configuration and training.

Can you help migrate our existing PMS or technical data from one platform to another?

Yes, we specialize in data migration services. Whether you’re switching PMS providers or consolidating systems across your fleet, we can extract, clean, and restructure your existing data to ensure a smooth and accurate transition—minimizing downtime and preserving critical information.

What happens after you've delivered the final documents?

We offer post-delivery support, onboarding and any revisions you need, including fixes during the warranty period.
